Do I need a hub to control these devices?
Most of our products connect directly via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth and do not require a hub. However, some advanced automations may benefit from a smart home hub.
How do I update the firmware?
Firmware updates are pushed through the mobile app. You’ll be notified when an update is available.
What kind of warranty do you offer?

Do you offer physical installation?

Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes, we offer nationwide delivery across Bangladesh via reliable courier partners.Delivery within Dhaka typically takes 1–3 business days, and 2–5 business days for other regions.
