Delivery Policy:

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
• In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to high demand or courier issues. You will be notified promptly.

Shipping Policy:

• Free standard shipping is available on orders all over Bangladesh. We currently deliver within whole Bangladesh.
•  Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS.

Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Customer will pay fort the return shipping cost unless product is defective or wrong. 
• To be eligible, items must be:

      3. With all accessories/manuals included
      4. Unused and undamaged

Non-Returnable Items:

• Products that are damaged due to misuse, installation errors, or unauthorized modifications.
• Opened or used consumables (e.g., batteries) are non-returnable.

Return Process:

• Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.
• After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll process your refund or replacement.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned product.
• Refunds will be made to your original method of payment.
• Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.
